Highland Cooler
A classic 1940's-era cocktail perfect for a Scottish celebration.
1 oz Scotch whisky
2 dashes Angostura® bitters
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp powdered sugar
4 oz ginger ale
Pour the Scotch whisky, Angostura bitters, orange juice and sugar into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Fill with ginger ale, and serve.
